
Why For Women?
Through our experience of designing and delivering hundreds of executive development programmes over the past 15 years, we realized that:
- Women are not men. This is neither good nor bad; it's simply a fact.
- Women are always a minority in executive development programmes. Usually, one or two are present in a group of 30 senior men. As a result, leadership programs are seldom designed to meet the specific development needs of female leaders. For example, women more than men, tend to need help to recognize their talents and strengths and to promote them without feeling guilty.
- A safe environment, among supportive female peers, provides women with a chance to identify their self-limiting beliefs but also their strengths, to develop their own unique brand on the basis of that discovery, embrace their strengths and plan how to use them optimally in the business environment.
The programme is designed for talented women with at least 5 to 10 years working experience, who are about to enter into senior leadership positions.
