Tille Verhaeghe

Pursuing her innate passion for performance improvement and positive change, Tille Verhaeghe joined Executive Learning Partnership as a Project Manager. Together with the client and programme director she works to design, prepare, and deliver tailor-made leadership and strategy interventions.

A linguist by education (Ghent University and Universidad de Valladolid), Tille also holds a Master degree in International Business.

She started her career in the sales and marketing organisation of Scottish & Newcastle, a consumer goods multinational. Tille was also heavily involved in the company’s employee engagement programme, management trainee recruitment and internal communication. Having specialised in process and performance improvement, Tille’s last role before joining ELP involved the management of an organisational change project across six countries, including the design of a new core skills framework.

Having lived and worked in seven countries in as many years, Tille is confident in Dutch, French, English, Spanish and Portuguese and is now based in London.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her young family and to travel, run or learn a new creative skill.
