Programme Overview

Brand Me is intended as an in-house or multi-client programme. We can design and customise it with you so that it meets your company's specific needs or challenges.

Through carefully selected inputs from a number of truly engaging speakers, deep reflection and profound discussion, participants will experience an unusual journey to their own deep intent and how they might do best justice to it. This will inevitably entail choices which will have to be enacted by powerful conversations with the various stakeholders involved in their lives. The programme team will help participants to storyboard their intent and our colleagues from the performing arts will rehearse their various scenarios with them.

We would be happy to take you through the detailed programme overview and to customize it with you if need be. The following provides a concise overview of the key elements woven into the Brand Me programme:

Finding my unique Brand
Input and reflection session which provides participants with all the elements of a brand plan. Through the outcome of the “Choices” sessions, they will be able to draw up such a brand plan for their own person.

Choices
Through an intensive coaching process, participants first (re)discover their strengths and unique attributes and secondly identify the self-limiting beliefs they have which stand in the way of them reaching their full potential.

Personal Brand Plan
A process which focuses people on their "brand essence" and uses rehearsal techniques to provide an opportunity to enact and present their plans for the future.

Energy sessions
Participants experience how the mind and body are intricately connected and the how they can use both their feminine and masculine energy. The result enables them to optimise their performance by managing their energy levels and maintaining equilibrium.
