Approach
After running hundreds of executive development workshops, we realised that there is a real gap in existing leadership development initiatives and that women would benefit from a programme specifically tailored to their needs. Brand Me was designed following an extensive literature research and several dozen conversational interviews with senior managers, both male and female, across business industries. Afterwards, it has been further fine-tuned through feedback from a representative sample of world-class facilitators, practitioners, and business colleagues.
The result is an integrated programme that works on multiple levels including the rational (head), the emotions (heart), and action (hands). This integrated approach is what diversifies Brand Me from other programmes aimed at female audiences. We do not approach the topic of female leadership from a defensive or over-emotional angle, but also not from a political correctness point of view. Our aim is to help truly authentic women make it to the top of organizations in order to restore the natural equilibrium between feminine and masculine energy in the corporate world. Given the warped state of this equilibrium in our current economy and the fact that women represent 80% of all consumer purchasing decisions, the need to restore this balance is simply a strategic and economic priority.
